No Refunds:
All sales are final. We do accept refunds under exceptional circumstances.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected]. We only replace items if we sent you the wrong item. Everything must be in its original condition to qualify for an exchange. You must contact us to get your exchange request approved and processed.
Damaged Products:
Dream Beauty is not responsible for any damaged products. In the event you receive a damaged item, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for an exchange. After 24 hours, there will not be any exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Shipping Responsibility:
Dream Beauty is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped. In the event your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you submitted, you will be responsible for a $15.00 reshipping fee.
Mistake with Order:
Received the wrong item? Apologies! Dream Beauty will issue a refund for the item that was not received, OR send the correct item if it is still in stock.
Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses):
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to correct their address by contacting Dream Beauty. Please emphasize your issue in the subject line
